Sarah Bowmar Review


Sarah Bowmar...who is Sarah Bowmar you might ask.. So let me tell you...

She is an inspiration, a role model, an online coach, funny...no wait hilarious, smart, motivating, a great wife to Josh and an awesome mother to Tom (hiehie :D :D) and so the list goes on and on and on.

She is an example of someone that strives towards her goals and visions with everything inside of her without anyone or anything holding her back. If you don't find that amazing or impressive then there's just no hope for you.

Recently there has been bad reviews published about her and I personally feel that if you don't have anything good to say about someone then rather just don't say anything at all. Because Sarah Bowmar has always just tried her best to help other people who wants to be the best they can be and she wants to help and guide everyone to reach their fitness goals and become strong and sexy and be the best version of themselves.

I discovered Sarah on Instagram a few months ago and was amazed by her daily posts and workouts as well as the amazing progress that she has made since she started lifting, etc. I knew back then that that is what I want for myself. 

I decided to hire her as my coach. I haven't had a single regret since then. Her workout plan is super easy to follow as well as understand and boy you know that you had a good day at the gym afterwards. She includes a HIIT cardio program as well and she keeps it interesting without you having to do the same thing everyday. Personally I am not a huge fan of doing cardio but her program makes it fun and the kind of motivation she provides makes you want to follow the workout as well as meal plan to the T even if it gets hard at times.

She is very supportive during your journey as well. When you have any issues with the meal plan or workout plan she adjusts it according to your needs as soon as possible. 

A few weeks ago I was a bit depressed because I couldn't go the gym daily as I used to because of a change in schedule and being at work for longer than 24 hours at times. She was there to motivate me to continue and not give up. She also sent me a brand new plan to cater for my new and busy schedule.

I am extremely proud of myself and what I have accomplished since I hired her as a coach. I have made amazing progress and became a lot stronger than when I first started lifting.

She is my inspiration and an example of what I would like to achieve in fitness. 

She made me realize that STRONG is definitely the NEW SEXY!!!!

So I'm going the extra mile, because like she says....IT'S NEVER CROWDED!!
